What happens when you make a complaint?

We will acknowledge your formal complaint within 3 working days and explain what will happen next. We aim to investigate complaints and provide a full response within 21 working days. If we need more time to investigate your complaint, we will let you know and explain when you can expect a response.

Your complaint will be handled by an appropriate member of our team or a Trustee, depending on the nature of the complaint. We will treat your complaint seriously, fairly and confidentially.

We will use the information you provide to respond to your feedback or complaint and, where appropriate, improve our services. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

If you are not satisfied with our response, please let us know. We will explain how you can ask for your complaint to be reviewed.
