Bury 10k

The Bury Bid 10K is a guaranteed fun and friendly event. Staged in partnership with Bury Council, it's all about community spirit. The course is suitable for all abilities - starting and finishing close to The Rock. 

We kindly ask runners to raise a minimum of £180 in aid of Aphasia Support. Your incredible efforts could fund two Aphasia Café sessions in your local community. These much-loved support groups bring people with aphasia and their carers together, providing a safe and understanding environment where participants can practice communication, build confidence, share experiences, and receive long-term support - helping them live life to the fullest.
