Leeds 10k is best-known for being the lasting legacy of Jane Tomlinson CBE. Every year, crowds line the streets to cheer on thousands of runners who gather at Millenium Square ready to give it their all. You’ll start outside the steps of the Parkinson Building, run out towards Otley Road, through Meanwood, past Leeds Arena and onto The Headrow to cross the finish line!

We kindly ask runners to raise a minimum of £180 in aid of Aphasia Support. Your incredible efforts could fund two Aphasia Café sessions in your local community. These much-loved support groups bring people with aphasia and their carers together, providing a safe and understanding environment where participants can practice communication, build confidence, share experiences, and receive long-term support - helping them live life to the fullest.

The minimum age to enter the Leeds 10K is 15 years old on the day of the event. All Participants under the age of 18 years must obtain parental consent in order to register and participate.
