Ram 5 Mile

Take on Ram 5 Mile for Aphasia Support! Featuring the same start and finish as the Ramathon, you'll run through the city centre for the first 2 miles before making your way towards Derby County’s Pride Park Stadium. Before long, you'll be heading back towards the city centre, finishing where the journey began at Silk Mill Park, close to Derby Cathedral.

We kindly ask runners to raise a minimum of £100 in aid of Aphasia Support. Your incredible efforts could fund an Aphasia Café sessions in your local community. These much-loved support groups bring people with aphasia and their carers together, providing a safe and understanding environment where participants can practice communication, build confidence, share experiences, and receive long-term support - helping them live life to the fullest.
